To remember your game, Steal The Coin saves the following in its private app storage:
This information never leaves your phone through the game itself. It isn’t sent to us, and we can’t see it. The app also excludes it from Android’s cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, so it stays on this phone and is removed when you uninstall the game.
The game has no analytics and no crash reporting of its own.
| Ad | When it appears |
|---|---|
| Reward video | Only when you tap WATCH AD — GET 2X on the results screen. If you watch it to the end, you receive the coins from that run a second time. |
| Banner | A strip at the bottom of the main menu, shop, settings and records screens. Never during a run, while paused or on the results screen. |
| Full-screen ad | Sometimes, when you leave the results screen with Retry or Home. Never during a run or at its start. |
Full-screen ads are limited as follows:
Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay, the ad mediation service of Unity / ironSource, through its SDK version 9.5.1. It chooses an ad from the networks we use, which are ironSource Ads and Unity Ads.
These companies collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies. They use it to choose, show and count ads, to cap how often you see them and to detect fraud. The information can include:
Unity’s privacy policy, which covers LevelPlay, ironSource Ads and Unity Ads: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
CG Art Studio receives only totals, such as the number of ads displayed and the revenue they produced. These totals never identify a person.
The first time you start the game, a short screen asks whether our ad partners may personalise ads.
You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy / Ad choices. The ad software reads the answer when it starts, so a change takes effect the next time you open the game.
Independently of your answer, the game always tells the ad software that:
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
| Vibration | For short haptic effects in play. Switch it off in Settings. |
| Internet and network state | Needed only for the ad software. The game itself plays offline. |
| Advertising ID | Lets the advertising software read the ID described above. |
| Ad services (ad attribution and ad topics, part of Android’s Privacy Sandbox) | Declared by the advertising software for privacy-preserving ad measurement, where your device supports it. |
| Wake lock, foreground service, start after reboot | Declared by Android’s standard background-task library, which the advertising software uses to finish short tasks such as sending ad reports. |
No other access is requested: the game cannot see where you are, your contacts, your camera or microphone, or your pictures and documents.
Steal The Coin is not intended for children younger than 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If a child has played and you want the related advertising data erased, email us and we’ll forward your request to Unity.
This section is also the data-deletion page Google Play links to.
| What | Kept by | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress, settings, ad choice, ad counters | Your phone only | Until you uninstall or clear the app’s storage |
| Advertising ID | Your phone (and Unity, when ads are requested) | Until you reset or delete it |
| Ad delivery data | Unity / ironSource | Per Unity’s privacy policy |
| Ad totals (counts and revenue) | CG Art Studio | Indefinitely; they hold nothing about any individual |
When this policy changes, the effective date above changes too. The current version is always published at https://dudu00033.github.io/privacy/stealthecoin/.
