Privacy Policy for ONE CHANCE

Last updated: 27 October 2026

ONE CHANCE is a timing puzzle game published by CG Art Studio. This policy explains what the app collects, who receives it, and what you can do about it.

The short version: the game itself collects nothing and has no account, no login and no server. Your progress stays on your phone. The game shows ads, and the advertising software is what most of this page is about.

What the game stores

The levels you have unlocked and completed, your best time and number of attempts on each level, your coin balance, the orb skins you own and the one you have equipped, the progress rewards you have already collected, your hint tokens and the hints you have unlocked, today’s daily challenge (whether you have completed it, your best time, your attempts and your streak), simple totals such as how many levels you have completed, when you last watched the shop’s bonus-coins video (to keep the five-minute wait between those offers), and your settings: music and sound effects on or off, their volume, and vibration on or off.

All of it is written to one save file, plus a backup copy of it so that a crash mid-save can never corrupt your progress, both in your device’s own app storage. It never leaves the device. We cannot read it, and both files are deleted when you uninstall the app.

There is no account to create, nothing to log into, and no way for us to tell one player from another. The game sends no analytics and no crash reports of its own.

There are no purchases in ONE CHANCE. Coins are earned by playing and spent only on orb skins and hints inside the game. Nothing is sold for money, so no payment information of any kind is asked for, handled or stored.

Permissions

The app does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.

Your progress is excluded from Android’s cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, so it stays on the phone it was created on.

Where ads appear

ONE CHANCE shows three kinds of ad, and no ad ever appears while you are playing a level:

If no ad is available, or you are offline, the game carries on exactly the same. A missing ad never costs you anything.

What the advertising collects

Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource). It runs an auction among the advertising networks configured for the app, currently ironSource and Unity Ads, and passes the request to whichever of them wins. To select, deliver and measure ads, these companies may collect:

Nothing the advertising software collects is used inside the game. The data is collected by those companies directly, sent encrypted, and may be shared among the advertising partners taking part in the auction, under their own policies:

We do not receive any of it in a form that identifies you. What we see are aggregate counts: how many ads were shown, and what they earned.

Personalised advertising

ONE CHANCE requests non-personalised advertising. It tells the advertising software that no consent to personalised ads has been given, and that your personal information may not be sold. Ads are chosen without using a profile built from your past activity.

Children

ONE CHANCE is not directed to children under 13, and the app is registered with its advertising partners as not child-directed. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app and you want their advertising data removed, contact us and we will pass the request to our advertising partners.

Your choices

Skip the optional videos. They play only when you press a button that offers one.

Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can reset the ID, which breaks the link to everything previously associated with it, or delete it entirely, after which apps receive no ID at all.

Opt out of personalised ads in the same settings screen.

Play offline. With no connection, no ads are requested and none of the data above is sent.

Uninstall the app. This deletes everything ONE CHANCE stored on your device.

How to request deletion of your data

This section is the one Google Play links to as the game’s data deletion request page, and it is written to be followed step by step.

1. Delete what is on your device. Uninstall ONE CHANCE (or clear its storage in Android settings). Everything the game itself stored (progress, times, coins, skins, hints, daily challenge and settings) is deleted with it, immediately and completely. There is no copy anywhere else, because the game has no server.

2. Break the link to your advertising data. On Android, open Settings → Privacy → Ads and choose Delete advertising ID, or Reset advertising ID if you would rather keep receiving ads without the history.

3. Ask the advertising partner to erase what it holds. The advertising data is held by Unity (LevelPlay, ironSource and Unity Ads), not by us. Request its deletion through the privacy contact in their policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy

4. Or write to us and we will pass the request on. gngames2020@gmail.com or GiorgiAmirkhanovi@gmail.com. Include your advertising ID from step 2. Without it there is no way to identify which records are yours, because we hold nothing that names you.

What is deleted, what is kept, and for how long

Data Who holds it What happens
Progress, times, coins, skins, hints, daily challenge, settings Your device only Deleted the moment you uninstall. Never transmitted.
Advertising ID Your device, and Unity You delete or reset it yourself, at any time, in Android settings.
Approximate location, device information, ad interactions, diagnostics Unity / ironSource Retained under Unity’s own policy. Deletion is requested through them, or through us.
Aggregate counts: how many ads were shown and what they earned Us Kept indefinitely. These are totals, not records about you, so there is nothing in them to delete.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the current version is always at this address.

This policy describes what the app actually does, and was written against its design documents and build configuration rather than from a template. It is not legal advice. If ONE CHANCE later gains a server, an account, analytics, a purchase or another kind of ad, this needs revisiting.
