Don’t Touch The Red is an arcade game published by CG Art Studio. This policy explains what the app collects, who receives it, and what you can do about it.
The short version: the game itself collects nothing and has no account, no login and no server. Everything it remembers about you stays on your phone. The advertising inside it is a different matter, and that is what most of this page is about.
Your best score, your gem balance, the orb skins and trails you have unlocked and the ones you picked, your achievements, a list of your ten best runs (score, gems, time survived and the date of each), simple totals such as how many runs you have played, whether the tutorial has been shown, and your settings: music and sound volume, vibration on or off, graphics quality, and your choice about personalised advertising.
All of it is written to your device’s own app storage and never leaves it. We cannot read it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.
There is no account to create, nothing to log into, and no way for us to tell one player from another. The game sends no analytics and no crash reports of its own.
There are no purchases in Don’t Touch The Red. Gems are earned by playing and spent only on looks inside the game. Nothing is sold for money, so no payment information of any kind is asked for, handled or stored.
The app does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
Don’t Touch The Red shows three kinds of ad, and none of them ever interrupts a run:
The ads are served through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), which runs an auction among the advertising networks configured for the app — including Unity Ads — and passes each request to whichever of them wins it. To select, deliver and measure ads, these companies may collect:
This data is collected by those companies directly and may be shared among the advertising partners taking part in the auction, under their own policies:
We do not receive any of it in a form that identifies you. What we see are aggregate counts — how many ads were shown, and what they earned.
By default, Don’t Touch The Red requests non-personalised advertising. Ads are chosen without using a profile built from your past activity.
Don’t Touch The Red is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app and you want their advertising data removed, contact us and we will pass the request to our advertising partners.
Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can reset the ID, which breaks the link to everything previously associated with it, or delete it entirely, after which apps receive no ID at all.
Opt out of personalised ads in the same settings screen.
Skip the videos. The gem-doubling video appears only when you press the button that offers it.
Uninstall the app. This deletes everything Don’t Touch The Red stored on your device.
To ask what an advertising partner holds about your device, or to have it deleted, contact Unity through the policy linked above — they are the party that holds it.
This section is the one Google Play links to as the game’s data deletion request page, and it is written to be followed step by step.
1. Delete what is on your device. Uninstall Don’t Touch The Red (or clear its storage in Android settings). Everything the game itself stored — scores, records, gems, unlocked skins and trails, achievements and settings — is deleted with it, immediately and completely. There is no copy anywhere else, because the game has no server.
2. Break the link to your advertising data. On Android, open Settings → Privacy → Ads and choose Delete advertising ID, or Reset advertising ID if you would rather keep receiving ads without the history. Deleting it stops apps receiving an ID at all; resetting it issues a new one and severs everything associated with the old.
3. Ask the advertising partner to erase what it holds. The advertising data is held by Unity (LevelPlay, ironSource and Unity Ads), not by us. Request its deletion through the privacy contact in their policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
4. Or write to us and we will pass the request on. GiorgiAmirkhanovi@gmail.com. Include your advertising ID from step 2 — without it there is no way to identify which records are yours, because we hold nothing that names you.
| Data | Who holds it | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Scores, records, gems, skins, trails, achievements, settings | Your device only | Deleted the moment you uninstall. Never transmitted. |
| Advertising ID | Your device, and Unity | You delete or reset it yourself, at any time, in Android settings. |
| Approximate location, device information, ad interactions, diagnostics | Unity / ironSource | Retained under Unity’s own policy. Deletion is requested through them, or through us. |
| Aggregate counts — how many ads were shown and what they earned | Us | Kept indefinitely. These are totals, not records about you: they contain no identifier and cannot be traced back to any device, so there is nothing in them to delete. |
We keep no account, no profile and no identifier of any kind. There is no record of you here to erase — which is why every step above points at your device or at Unity.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the current version is always at this address.

This policy describes what the app actually does, and was written against its source code and build configuration rather than from a template. It is not legal advice. If Don’t Touch The Red is distributed in a market with specific requirements — or if the app later gains a server, an account, analytics, or a purchase — this needs revisiting.
